Pursuant to this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent"), by submitting my data on the website https://myfutureproof.ru/eng (including all subdomains) (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), as well as by performing other actions signifying Consent to the processing of Personal Data (PD) as specified in the Policy of Limited Liability Company "Managing Company 'Proekt'" regarding the Processing of Personal Data and Cookie Files, and in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Policy of Limited Liability Company "Managing Company 'Proekt'" regarding the Processing of Personal Data and Cookie Files, published by the Operator on the Website at the following link: https://myfutureproof.ru/eng/privacy-policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), I (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject") hereby grant specific, explicit, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data by Limited Liability Company "Managing Company 'Proekt'", OGRN: 1215000082956, TIN: 5032331935 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), for the following purposes:

• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Contacting the Personal Data Subject regarding the feedback request submitted by them on the Website, or providing a response via messenger (Telegram and/or any other messenger used by the Operator) in response to a message sent by the Personal Data Subject to such messenger, in order to provide information of interest to the Personal Data Subject, including, but not limited to, information about the Operator's services and the terms of their provision;
• Sending marketing materials and information via email and/or SMS (until unsubscribed);
• Formulating and regulating contractual relations between the Personal Data Subject and the Operator;
• Performing actions permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation and necessary for the interaction between the Operator and the Personal Data Subject within the framework of the legal relations existing between them;
• Recording information in the Operator's internal databases;
• Transferring personal data to third parties pursuant to agreements concluded by the Operator with such persons, in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by the Policy.

The list of my personal data for the processing of which I grant consent: surname, name, patronymic, citizenship, gender, age, date and place of birth, number of the primary identity document, information on the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority, residential registration address, actual residential address, taxpayer identification number (TIN), individual insurance account number (SNILS), telephone number, email address, and other categories of personal data in case of their processing.
I authorize the Operator to perform automated processing, as well as processing performed without the use of automation means, of my personal data, namely: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
I do not establish any categories or list of personal data for which the Personal Data Subject sets conditions and prohibitions on processing, nor do I establish a list of such conditions and prohibitions.
I do not establish any conditions under which the obtained personal data may be transferred by the Operator only via its internal network ensuring access to information solely for strictly defined employees, or using information and telecommunication networks, or without transferring the obtained personal data.
Personal data shall be destroyed upon the occurrence of the following events:

• Cessation of the Operator's activities;
• Liquidation of the Operator;
• Reorganization of the Operator;
• Expiration of the storage period stipulated by the Policy;
• Withdrawal of consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Personal Data Subject (or his/her representative), taking into account the achievement of the conditions stipulated by Article 21 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" upon achieving the purposes of the personal data processing (the Operator shall terminate the processing of such personal data within three (3) business days, of which notification shall be sent to the Personal Data Subject within ten (10) business days).

I have been informed of the right to receive information concerning the processing of my personal data, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
I have carefully studied this Consent; all clauses are clear and understandable to me. I confirm that the consent is specific, informed, explicit, conscious, and unambiguous.
I have familiarized myself with the Policy adopted by the Operator.
I confirm that I have fully read the contents of this Consent, have no objections, and consent to all actions with my personal data specified in this Consent, acting consciously, of my own free will, and in my own interests.
This Consent shall be valid for Ten (10) years. The Personal Data Subject has the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of his/her personal data by providing written notification to the Operator.
