1.2 Client Responsibilities
•You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our Services.
•You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted to universities are truthful and comply with the requirements of the respective institutions.
•You acknowledge that admission decisions are made solely by the universities, and FutureProof cannot guarantee acceptance into any institution.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Service Fees

•All fees are quoted in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment Methods

2.3 Late Payments
•If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services until payment is made.

•We are not liable for any delays, errors, or omissions in the application process caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
•University admission decisions.
•Changes in admission requirements or deadlines.
•Technical issues with third-party platforms (e.g., university portals, payment systems).
•Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Services in question.

4.2 Indemnification
•You agree to indemnify and hold FutureProof harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:
•Your misuse of our Services.
•Your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
•Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information provided by you.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

•These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
